B2B Sales Specialist

Work experience: 1–3 years, full-time

We are looking for a B2B Sales Specialist who will be responsible for attracting new clients and developing relationships with companies interested in consulting services in the field of payment risk, fraud prevention, AML and compliance.

This role involves working with a professional audience in e-commerce, fintech and digital payments, where understanding business needs and building trust are ключевые факторы успешных продаж.

The main goal is not just closing deals, but building a stable pipeline of relevant clients and supporting long-term cooperation.

Responsibilities:

  • Attract new clients for consulting services in the field of payment risk and compliance
  • Communicate with companies that require expertise in antifraud, AML and payment operations
  • Conduct negotiations, identify client needs and propose relevant solutions
  • Work with the existing client base to increase loyalty and expand cooperation
  • Manage outreach activities including cold emails, calls and follow-ups
  • Build and maintain a consistent sales pipeline
  • Support clients from initial contact to contract conclusion

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales
  • Ability to work with targets and focus on results
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Understanding of sales processes and client relationship management
  • Experience with cold outreach (emails, calls) is required
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce, fintech or payment industry will be an advantage
