SMM Manager
Work experience: at least 1 year, full/part-time
We are looking for a SMM manager who will manage our social networks, fill them with interesting and selling content, and actively develop communication in the group.
You will work with a professional audience in the fields of payment risk, fraud prevention, AML, compliance and e-commerce, so it is important to be able to present complex topics in a clear and engaging way.
The main goal of this role is not just content publishing, but building a strong professional presence of Riskscenter in social media and attracting a relevant audience.
Responsibilities:
- Formation of the strategy, goals and main stages of promotion.
- Create new ideas for promotion in social networks (LinkedIn and Facebook), taking into account the specifics of the payment and fintech industry.
- Daily publication of posts and maintaining a consistent content plan.
- Repost and share industry news, expert materials and company updates.
- Engage with the audience, support communication and increase activity in social networks.
- Other activities that contribute to the growth of the customer base and brand visibility.
Requirements:
- Creative thinking and ability to generate content ideas.
- Experience of running LinkedIn and Facebook for at least 1 year.
- Experience of launching successful campaigns to attract new subscribers and increase engagement.
- Understanding of how to grow a professional brand in social media.
- Ability to create interesting, structured and engaging content for a business audience.
- Basic understanding of fintech, payments or digital business will be an advantage.
